Apply for a federal grant
The federal grants process can be a challenge, whether you are just learning or have years of experience. There are over 2,200 programs detailed in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) and more than half are grants. This page is designed to help you and your organization search and apply for grants. Understanding that these programs may be limited in scope, this page will also help you find funding outside of the federal government. Before you apply for a grant you must complete the Grants.gov registration process. The registration process can take anywhere from three business days to four weeks, which is why it is important to register early.
